  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    Start by mixing the all-purpose flour, carom seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and oil in a large bowl. Rub the mixture between your fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs.
